清末民初国家伦理“共同体之善”的价值预设进境

摘　　要：清末民初,感召与生发民众对于民族国家伦理凝聚力的内在认同,重塑民族国家的“共同体”意识及在“共同体”之上将近代国家伦理的建构深入推进,是时人对于“反帝反封建”历史任务的承续和实现“近代化”的共同愿景。“共同体之善”价值预设进境的提出,是仁人志士们先行对于国家伦理的基本规定性进行设置,对共性问题提出伦理要求、形成伦理规约,生发出近代国家伦理活动的精神前提。事实上,仅仅出于对伦理现象反思及批判基础之上的价值预设并不能真正成为解决“伦理失范”困境的铤钥,只有坚持承认辩证唯物主义与历史唯物主义相结合的伦理反思立场,才能真正揭示出资本主义列强现代生产和意识形态霸权的束缚本质,真正挖掘出人类命运“共同体”的深刻含义,形成在“百年未有之大变局”之中屹立不败的“伦理自觉”。At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China,it was the common vision of the people to carry on the historical task of“anti-imperialism and anti-feudalism”and realize“modernization”by inspiring and generating the people’s internal identification of the ethical cohesion of the nation state,reshaping the consciousness of“community”of the nation state and further promoting the construction of modern national ethics on the basis of“community”.The introduction of the value presupposition of“community goodness”is the spiritual premise of the moral activities of modern countries,which is the setting of the basic rules of national ethics,the ethical requirements of common problems,and the formation of ethical regulations.In fact,the value presupposition based solely on the reflection and critique of ethical phenomena cannot truly be the key to solving the dilemma of“ethical anomie”.Only by adhering to the ethical reflection stance of combining dialectical materialism with historical materialism can we truly reveal the binding nature of the modern production and ideological hegemony of the capitalist powers,truly dig out the profound meaning of the“community”of human destiny,and form an“ethical consciousness”that can stand firm in the“great changes unseen in a century”.
