摘　　要：音乐研究领域的学术不端行为具有隐秘性和独特性,应在“三个无愧于”“四个坚持”和“立德树人”三项原则指导下,对音乐创作、音乐评论和音乐教育等不同板块内的学术不端行为进行有效治理。济南大学音乐学院治理学术不端行为的经验是:积极发挥院系基层党组织“战斗堡垒”作用,构建“校-院(系)-个体”纵向一体化预防机制,通过跨学科研究激发学术活力,紧密关注原创性高、持续性增益性强的音乐实践活动。Academic misconduct in the field of music research is secretive and unique. Under the guidance of the governance principles, we should effectively govern academic misconduct in different sectors such as music creation, music criticism and music education. The experience of the School of Music of Jinan University in governing academic misconduct is to actively play the role of the grass-roots party organizations of the departments as a “battleground”, build a vertical integrated prevention mechanism of “school-department-individual”, stimulate academic vitality through interdisciplinary research, and pay close attention to music practice activities with high originality and strong sustainability.
