摘  要:本项目运用智能化电量采集数据算法等新技术,改变了传统的静态压力式传感测算模式,称重计量更为精准,解决了老旧门机称重系统老化带来的粗放式统计作业量的问题,消除了称重过载安全隐患,降低了工作人员的劳动强度,提高了工作效率。依托信息化手段集成整合系统,实现了生产作业数据和设备保养管理数据的深度融合、系统融合、多方数据联动协同管理,对单机成本核算的开展提供了强有力的技术支持。节约了纸张成本费用,解放了人力资源,在实际生产过程中的细微环节加强了成本控制,公司精细化管理的程度进一步提高。This project uses new technologies such as intelligent power collection data algorithm to change the traditional static pressure sensor measurement mode,weighing and measuring more accurately,solving the problem of extensive statistical operation caused by the aging of the old door machine weighing system,eliminating the safety hazards of weighing overload,reducing the labor intensity of staff,and improving work efficiency.Relying on the integrated system of information means,it has realized the deep integration of production operation data and equipment maintenance management data,system integration,multi-party data linkage and collaborative management,and provided strong technical support for the development of stand-alone cost accounting.It saves paper costs,liberates human resources,strengthens cost control in the subtle links of the actual production process,and further improves the degree of refined management of the company.
