摘 要:粗脂肪含量是进口大豆重要的质量指标,可以鉴别其品质优劣,对价格有直接影响,因此如何准确地检测粗脂肪含量深受大豆储存和加工企业的关注。本文对大豆粗脂肪含量检测方法的研究现状进行综述,阐述了检测方法的优劣性、常用国家标准检测方法的影响因素以及大豆粗脂肪含量相关的重要研究发现,探讨了实际工作中对国家标准检测方法的优化策略,以期为相关工作提供参考。Crude fat content is an important quality indicator of imported soybean,which can identify its quality and has a direct impact on the price.Therefore,how to accurately detect the crude fat content is deeply concerned by soybean storage and processing enterprises.This paper summarizes the research status of the detection methods of soybean crude fat content,expounds the advantages and disadvantages of the detection methods,the influencing factors of the commonly used national standard detection methods,and the important research findings related to soybean crude fat content,discusses the optimization strategy of the national standard detection methods in the actual work,in order to provide reference for the related work.
