摘　　要：通过对基层农产品质量安全监管现状分析,探讨研究农产品生产过程中存在的机制不健全、体系不完善、检测手段落后以及资金保障不足等问题,提出了加快科技创新和成果转化、健全体制机制、加大资金投入、建立智慧平台、加强检测机构建设及宣传培训等一系列监管对策。The paper probes into the problems existing in the production process of agricultural products,such as the imperfect mechanism,the imperfect system,the backward detection means and the insufficient fund guarantee,by analyzing the current situation of quality and safety supervision of agricultural products at the grass-roots level.And this paper puts forward a series of supervision countermeasures,such as speeding up the innovation of science and technology and the transformation of achievements,perfecting the system and mechanism,increasing the investment of funds,setting up the intelligent platform,strengthening the construction of testing institutions,strengthening the propaganda and training.
