远郊区县电力调度安全管理对策探究

摘　　要：针对远郊区县电力调度安全运行中面临的调度人才断层断档,配电自动化、继电保护设备技术不断更新,监督管理机制固化,疫情防控常态化等压力与挑战,提出加快调度人才队伍建设、建立培训考核机制、完善监督管理机制、细化双值守应急预案等对策与建议。In allusion to the pressure and challenges faced by the safe operation of power dispatching in the far suburb counties,such as the inadequate dispatching talents,the continuous updating of power distribution automation and relay protection equipment technologies,the rigid thinking in the supervision and management mechanism,and the normalized epidemic prevention and control,several countermeasures and suggestions are proposed including speeding up the cultivation of dispatching talents,establishing training and evaluation mechanism,improving the supervision and management mechanism,and refining the dual duty emergency plan.
