摘 要:针对北京电网树线矛盾突出问题,为进一步加强对危害线路安全运行的树木的全方位精细化管理,以及对树线问题开展科学的防治工作,提出了一种基于全面精细化管理体系和先进科学技术方法的新型管理措施,能够对危害输电线路安全运行的树木隐患进行科学预测,开展及时有效的人工修剪、砍伐等工作,提升了工作质效。In allusion to the prominent issue of tree-line conflicts existing in Beijing power grid,and in order to strengthen the comprehensive delicacy measures of trees which do harm to the safe operation of power lines and to implement the scientific prevention and rectification of tree-line problems,a kind of new management countermeasures is put forward based on an all-round delicacy management system and advanced scientific approaches,which is available to make a scientific prediction of potential hazards of trees imposed on the safe operation of power transmission lines,conduct timely and efficient manual trimming and felling,etc.,with increased working quality and efficiency.
