摘 要:随着新型电力系统的构建,越来越多的可再生能源接入交直流混合电网,电力系统规模不断扩大,结构更加复杂,停电事故造成的后果愈加严重。为此,分析了常规大面积停电事故的起因和连锁发展过程,综述了我国大面积停电事故防御研究现状,对弹性电网、动态可靠性评估、停电防御博弈论进行了分析总结,并基于当前存在的不足提出了应对大面积停电事故的建议。With the construction of new power systems,more and more renewable energy power sources are connected to the AC-DC hybrid power grid,which makes the scale of power system continue to expand,the structure more complex,and the consequences of power outages more severe.For this,analyses are made on the causes and chain development process of conventional power outage accidents,reviews are given on the research status of the defense against China’s large-scale blackouts.Analyses and summaries are made on elastic power grids,dynamic reliability assessment,and the game theory of defense against power outages,and suggestions for dealing with the large-scale blackouts are put forward based on the current shortcomings.
