摘  要:调研了35 kV电网的发展定位,分析了35 kV电网的技术经济性,论述了35 kV电网的典型应用场景,提出了35 kV电网发展优化策略和优化思路,以陕西S县为例制定了35 kV电网规划方案,从电网发展规划源头提升本质安全和运行安全,对35 kV电网发展具有一定的指导意义。The development orientation of 35 kV power grids is investigated,the development of technological economics of 35 kV power grids is analyzed,the typical application scenarios of 35 kV power grids are studied,and the optimization strategies and optimization ideas for the development of 35 kV power grids are put forward.Taking the S County in Shaanxi Province as an example,a planning scheme on 35 kV power grids is formulated,which improves the intrinsic safety and operation safety from the upstream of power grid development planning,and is of certain guiding significance for the development of 35 kV power grids.
