摘　　要：为促进中国渔业产业的高质量发展,基于2007-2017年的省际面板数据,运用新发展理念构建了渔业产业高质量发展评价指标体系,使用熵值法得出中国渔业产业的高质量发展水平,使用核密度分析法、全局莫兰指数和标准差椭圆法对其时空演化特征进行了分析。主要结论:(1)全国渔业产业高质量发展水平持续增长,但高质量发展水平的省际差异也在不断增大,省域发展水平存在空间自相关性且不断增强。(2)环杭州湾大湾区和环渤海大湾区逐步成为其双核区域,且双核对外围区域的辐射可能仍在增强。(3)渔业产业高质量发展的水平保持“东北-西南”走向,与胡焕庸线近似平行。其分布的重心点位置接近中国人口、经济重心。发展水平经历了从相对集中到趋于分散,又回归集中的过程。To promote the quality of the China’s fisheries industry development, this paper aims to build a high quality fishery industry evaluation index system based on the new development concept.The high quality development level of Chinese fishery industry are obtained by the entropy value method, using the provincial panel data from 2007-2017. The spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of the high quality development level of Chinese fishery industry are obtained by the nuclear density analysis, Global Moran’s I, and standard deviation ellipse method. The main results are as follows.Firstly, the national fishery industry high quality development level continues to grow, while the difference degree between provinces and cities is increasing, and the provincial level has a spatial autocorrelation and it is increasing. Secondly, the Hangzhou Bay area and Bohai Bay area have gradually become the two core regions, and their radiation capacity to the peripheral regions may still be in the process of enhancement. Thirdly, the direction of Chinese fishery industry high-quality development level maintains northeast to southwest distribution, which is almost parallel to Hu Huanyong line. The gravity center of its distribution is close to the gravity center of Chinese population and economy. The development level has experienced a process from relative centralization to decentralization and back to centralization.
