摘　　要：本文采用包容性财富指标核算中国海洋财富价值,从区域比较的视角,分析中国沿海各地区海洋财富的区际差异和区域海洋财富结构变化。研究表明,中国沿海各地区海洋发展可持续性较弱,地区间海洋财富规模差距较大。沿海各地区海洋生产资本和海洋人力资本所占比重稳步提升,尤其是知识、技术等资本,在海洋发展中的作用逐渐增强。但各区域海洋自然资本价值在海洋财富中所占比重逐年下降。为实现区域海洋经济可持续发展,沿海各地区需加强对自然资源保护力度,重视海洋生态系统服务价值。同时,针对沿海各地区海洋财富构成差异,各地区还应根据自身海洋资本资产构成,充分挖掘优势海洋资本资产价值,促进海洋不同资本间协调和区域海洋经济可持续发展。This paper estimates the values of China’s regional ocean wealth with the inclusive wealth index. The regional differences and structure changes are analyzed from the perspective of regional comparison. The results shows that the sustainability of ocean development in most coastal regions is weak, and the values of ocean wealth varies very greatly among regions. The proportions of ocean manufactured capital and ocean human capital in coastal areas have steadily increased, and the importance of knowledge, technology and other capital has gradually increased. However, the proportion of the value of ocean natural capital in each region has been declining year by year. To achieve the sustainable development of regional ocean economy, it is of great necessity to protect natural resources, and attach importance to the values of ocean ecosystem services. Meanwhile, to promote the coordination between different ocean capital assets, the administrators should attach importance to their advantages of ocean capital assets based on the structural differences of regional ocean wealth.
