清瘀祛痛汤联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:研究膝关节创伤性滑膜炎临床治疗中采用清瘀祛痛汤联合玻璃酸钠方法的效果。方法:选取2020年3月-2021年3月于福州市中医院就诊的膝关节创伤性滑膜炎患者共90例。采用随机数字表法分为对照组45例、试验组45例。对照组实施穿刺抽出腔内积液或积血,腔内注射玻璃酸钠注射液,行临床常规治疗。试验组在此治疗方法基础上使用清瘀祛痛汤进行治疗。比较两组中医症候积分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS评分)、Lysholm膝关节评分(LKS评分)、白细胞介素1(IL-1)水平、丙二醛(MDA)水平、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,试验组中医症候积分各项评分、VAS评分、LKS评分、IL-1水平、MDA水平、SOD水平及总有效率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清瘀祛痛汤联合玻璃酸钠能有效治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎,降低炎症程度,缓解疼痛肿胀等临床症状,加快患者康复速度。Objective:To study the effect of Qingyu Qutong Decoction combined with Sodium Hyaluronate in the treatment of traumatic synovitis of knee joint.Method:A total of 90 patients with traumatic synovitis of knee joint in Fuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group with 45 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was given Sodium Hyaluronate injection after aspiration of fluid or blood accumulation in the cavity and routine clinical treatment.The experimental group was treated with Qingyu Qutong Decoction on the basis of this treatment method.The TCM symptom score,visual analogue scale(VAS),Lysholm knee scale(LKS),interleukin-1(IL-1)level,malondialdehyde(MDA)level,superoxide dismutase(SOD)level and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the TCM symptom scores,VAS score,LKS score,IL-1,MDA,SOD and total efficiency in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingyu Qutong Decoction combined with Sodium Hyaluronate can effectively treat traumatic synovitis of knee joint,reduce the degree of inflammation,relieve pain and swelling and other clinical symptoms,and speed up the recovery of patients.
