基于老年综合评估的护理干预在中重度COPD稳定期中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于老年综合评估(CGA)的护理干预在中重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者中的应用效果。方法:依照随机数字表法将2021年3-12月江西省人民医院收治的80例中重度COPD稳定期患者分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组采取常规护理,观察组实施基于CGA的护理。对比两组治疗依从性、运动耐力和肺功能。结果:观察组治疗依从性为95.00%,比对照组的80.00%高(P<0.05)。观察组护理后6分钟步行试验(6MWT)距离比对照组长(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV)、用力肺活量(FVC)和第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量(FEV/FVC%)均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:基于CGA的护理能够增强中重度COPD稳定期患者治疗依从性,提高患者运动耐力,改善患者肺功能。Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on comprehensive geriatric assessment(CGA)in patients with moderate and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)at stable stage.Method:According to the random number table method,80 patients with moderate and severe COPD in stable stage admitted to Jiangxi Provincial People’s Hospital from March to December 2021 were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases).The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received nursing intervention based on CGA.The treatment compliance,exercise endurance and lung function were compared between the two groups.Result:The treatment compliance of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the 6 min walking test(6MWT)distance of the observation group was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,forced expiratory volume at 1 s(FEV),forced vital capacity(FVC)and forced expiratory volume at 1 s/forced vital capacity(FEV/FVC%)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention based on CGA can enhance the treatment compliance,exercise endurance and lung function of patients with moderate and severe COPD in stable stage.
