负压封闭引流结合富血小板血浆技术在糖尿病足患者治疗中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨糖尿病足病患者治疗中富血小板血浆技术联合负压封闭引流(VSD)的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2016年3月-2022年3月福建医科大学附属漳州市医院收治的110例糖尿病足患者的临床资料,55例应用VSD结合富血小板血浆技术治疗作为观察组,另55例用常规治疗方法作为对照组。比较两组创面面积、疼痛程度、下肢动脉病变评分、足部血流速度、神经传导速度、临床疗效。结果:治疗后1个月,观察组创面面积小于对照组,数字分级评分法(NRS)评分、下肢动脉病变评分均低于对照组,足部血流速度高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月,观察组胫后神经、胫总神经感觉传导速度(SCV)、运动传导速度(MCV)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为92.73%,高于对照组的52.73%(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病足患者治疗中富血小板血浆技术联合VSD的应用价值高。Objective:To explore the application value of platelet-rich plasma technology combined with vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)in the treatment of diabetic foot.Method:The clinical data of 110 patients with diabetic foot admitted to Zhangzhou Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from March 2016 to March 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,55 patients were treated with VSD combined with platelet-rich plasma as the observation group,and the other 55 patients were treated with conventional treatment as the control group.The wound area,pain degree,lower extremity arterial disease scores,foot blood flow velocity,nerve conduction velocity,clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups.Result:1 month after treatment,the wound area of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group,the numerical rating scale(NRS)score and lower extremity arterial disease score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the foot blood flow velocity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).1 month after treatment,the sensory conduction velocity(SCV)and motor conduction velocity(MCV)of posterior tibial nerve and common tibial nerve of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.73%,which was higher than 52.73%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of platelet-rich plasma technology combined with VSD in the treatment of diabetic foot is high.
