麦默通微创旋切手术联合吸脂治疗SimonⅡ级男性乳房发育症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨麦默通微创旋切手术联合吸脂治疗SimonⅡ级男性乳房发育症的临床效果及安全性。方法:回顾性分析2019年2月-2021年8月上饶市人民医院收治的SimonⅡ级男性乳房发育症患者的病历资料,共60例,根据手术方法的不同进行分组,采用麦默通微创旋切手术联合吸脂治疗者纳入观察组(30例),采用环乳晕切口皮下腺体切除手术者纳入对照组(30例),比较两组手术情况、并发症、满意度评分等。结果:观察组手术时间(56.28±14.27)min及切口长度(0.41±0.03)cm均短于对照组的(79.21±17.80)min、(5.84±0.94)cm(P<0.05),但两组住院时间和术中出血量均未见明显差异(P>0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为20.00%,对照组为46.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各项满意度评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:使用麦默通微创旋切手术联合吸脂治疗SimonⅡ级男性乳房发育症,可有效减少手术时间、切口长度,降低术后并发症发生率,且术后胸部外形美观、患者满意度高。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Mammotome minimally invasive surgery combined with liposuction in the treatment of Simon Ⅱ gynecomastia.Method:The medical records of 60 patients with Simon Ⅱ gynecomastia admitted to Shangrao People’s Hospital from February 2019 to August 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients who were treated with Mammotome minimally invasive surgery combined with liposuction were included in the observation group (30 cases),and the patients who were treated with subcutaneous mastectomy via circumareolar incision were included in the control group (30 cases).The operation conditions,complications,satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time and length of incision in the observation group[(56.28±14.27) min and (0.41±0.03) cm]were shorter than those in the control group[(79.21±17.80) min and (5.84±0.94) cm](P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the hospitalization time and intraoperative bleeding between the two groups (P>0.05).The incidence rates of postoperative complications in the observation group and the control group were 20.00% and 46.67%,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying Mammotome minimally invasive surgery combined with liposuction to treat Simon Ⅱ gynecomastia can effectively shorten the operation time and the length of incision,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.Besides,chest appearance after the operation is satisfying.
