当归补血汤治疗肿瘤相关性贫血的研究现状述评

摘　　要：肿瘤相关性贫血的发生和发展严重影响肿瘤患者的治疗和预后,为肿瘤相关性贫血患者寻找合适有效的治疗方法成为医者关注的热点,中医药在治疗肿瘤相关性贫血方面发挥着重要作用。当归补血汤主治气血两虚和贫血,目前临床研究也证实了其具有安全性高、经济和便捷的优点,现代药理学研究也从分子层面验证其作用机理。但迄今缺乏当归补血汤在肿瘤相关性贫血中作用的综述性文献。基于此,本文从肿瘤相关性贫血的病因、发病机制和目前治疗现状,从当归补血汤的主要成分和药理层面来分析其对肿瘤相关性贫血患者的作用,以期为当归补血汤治疗肿瘤相关性贫血的研究和应用提供借鉴和参考。The occurrence and development of cancer related anemia have a serious impact on the treatment and prognosis of tumor patients,it has become a hot spot for doctors to find appropriate and effective treatment methods for cancer related anemia patients,traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in the treatment of cancer related anemia.Danggui Buxue Decoction is mainly used to treat deficiency of both qi and blood and anemia,at present,clinical research has also confirmed its advantages of high safety,economy and convenience,modern pharmacological research has also verified its mechanism of action from the molecular level.However,there is no comprehensive literature on the role of Danggui Buxue Decoction in cancer related anemia so far.Based on this,from the etiology,pathogenesis and current treatment status of cancer related anemia,this paper analyze the effect of Danggui Buxue Decoction on patients with cancer related anemia from the main components and pharmacological level,in order to provide reference for the research and application of Danggui Buxue decoction in the treatment of caner related anemia.
