摘　　要：目的:探究间歇负压封闭引流(VSD)技术治疗创伤性皮肤缺损的效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年12月九江市第一人民医院收治的62例创伤性皮肤缺损患者,以随机抽样法为分组依据分为干预组(间歇VSD治疗)与参照组(持续VSD治疗),各31例。比较两组干预效果。结果:干预组治疗总有效率为96.77%,高于参照组的80.65%(P<0.05)。干预后3 d,两组缺损创面面积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后7、14、21 d,干预组创面面积均小于参照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、白细胞介素-17(interleukin-17,IL-17)及C反应蛋白(C reactive protein,CRP)水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预14 d后,两组IL-6、IL-17、CRP水平均低于干预前,且干预组均低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组满意度高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:将间歇VSD应用于创伤性皮肤缺损治疗中,可改善其炎症水平,促进创面愈合,患者满意度高,值得应用。Objective:To explore the effect of intermittent vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)in the treatment of traumatic skin defects.Method:A total of 62 patients with traumatic skin defects admitted to Jiujiang NO.1 People’s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected,they were divided into intervention group(intermittent VSD treatment)and reference group(continuous VSD treatment)according to random sampling method,with 31 cases in each group.The intervention effects were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the intervention group was 96.77%,which was higher than 80.65%of the reference group(P<0.05).3 d after intervention,there was no significant difference in wound area between the two groups(P>0.05).7,14,and 21 d after intervention,the wound area of the intervention group were smaller than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-17(IL-17)and C reactive protein(CRP)between the two groups(P>0.05).After 14 d of intervention,the levels of IL-6,IL-17 and CRP of both groups were lower than those before intervention,those of the intervention group were lower than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of intermittent VSD in the treatment of traumatic skin defects can improve the level of inflammation,promote wound healing,and achieve high patient satisfaction,which is worthy of application.
