摘　　要：目的:分析手指离断患者断指再植术后再植指功能恢复差的相关因素。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月-2021年3月于江西医学高等专科学校第一附属医院接受断指再植术治疗的90例手指离断患者临床资料,根据患者术后随访1年时再植指功能恢复情况将其分为恢复良好组和恢复较差组。比较两组患者病历资料,并采用多因素分析手指离断患者断指再植术后再植指功能恢复差的相关因素。结果:术后随访1年,90例患者中手指功能恢复较差有22例(24.44%)。单因素分析显示,两组吸烟史、手指离断至手术时间、断指保存方式比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组年龄、性别、手指离断原因、患侧、手指离断程度、手指离断平面、术前血小板水平、术前白细胞计数情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多因素分析显示,有吸烟史、手指离断至手术时间较长、断指保存方式为常温是手指离断患者断指再植术后再植指功能恢复差的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:手指离断患者断指再植术后再植指功能恢复差发生率较高,有吸烟史、手指离断至手术时间较长、断指保存方式为常温是手指离断患者断指再植术后再植指功能恢复差的危险因素。Objective:To analyze the related factors of poor functional recovery of replanted fingers in patients with severed fingers after replantation of severed fingers.Method:The clinical data of 90 patients with severed finger who underwent replantation of severed finger in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi Medical College from January 2018 to March 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into the good recovery group and the poor recovery group according to the functional recovery of replanted fingers during 1 year of postoperative follow-up.The medical records of patients were compared between the two groups,and the related factors of poor functional recovery of replanted fingers in patients with severed fingers after replantation of severed fingers were analyzed by multivariate analysis.Result:After one-year follow-up,22 of the 90 patients(24.44%)had poor recovery of finger function.Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in smoking history,the time from amputation to operation,and the preservation method of severed finger between the two groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in age,gender,cause of severed finger,affected side,degree of severed finger,plane of severed finger,preoperative platelet level and preoperative white blood cell count between the two groups(P>0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that the risk factors for poor functional recovery of replanted fingers after replantation of severed fingers in patients with severed fingers were smoking history,long time from amputation to operation and normal temperature for preservation of severed fingers(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with severed fingers have a high incidence of poor functional recovery of replanted fingers after replantation of severed fingers.The risk factors of poor functional recovery after replantation of severed fingers in patients with severed fingers are smoking history,long time from severed finger to operation and normal temperature for preservation of seve
