养荣宣痹膏外用防治卡培他滨相关性手足综合征的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察养荣宣痹膏外用防治卡培他滨相关性手足综合征(HFS)的效果.方法选取2018年4月至2019年10月行XELOX方案化疗的大肠癌患者60例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各30例.观察组自化疗第1天起取养荣宣痹膏40 g手足部涂擦,保留30 min,早晚各1次,化疗间歇期不中断;对照组在化疗期间仅采取日常护理,不予药物干预.比较两组6周后HFS发生率、骨髓抑制、肝肾功能损伤情况,采用Skindex-29量表测评两组化疗后皮肤状况对生存质量的影响.结果6周化疗后,观察组HFS发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组发生骨髓抑制、肝肾功能损伤例数、程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Skindex-29测评显示,观察组情感维度、功能维度评分低于对照组(P<0.05).结论养荣宣痹膏外用有助于减少卡培他滨相关性HFS的发生率、改善化疗期间皮肤状况对生存质量的影响.Objective To observe the clinical efect of Yangrong Xuanbi ointment on the prevention and treatment of capecitabine related handfoot syndrome(HFS).Methods A total of 60 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent XELOX chemotherapy in our hospital from April 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.In the treatment group,40 g Yangrong Xuanbi ointment was taken from the first day of chemotherapy and rubbed on the hands and feet for 30 minutes,once in the morning and once in the evening,and the interval of chemotherapy was not interrupted.The control group only took daily care during chemotherapy without drug intervention.The incidence of HFS,bone marrow suppression and liver and kidney function injury after 6 weeks were compared between the two groups.The effect of skin condition on quality of life after chemotherapy was evaluated by Skindex-29 scale.ResultsAfter 6 weeks of chemotherapy,the incidence of HFS in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number and degree of bone marow suppression and liver and kidney function injury between the two groups(P>0.05).Skindex-29 evaluation showed that the scores of emotional dimension and functional dimension in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yangrong Xuanbi ointment is helpful to reduce the incidence of capecitabine related HFS and improve the effect of skin condition on quality of life during chemotherapy.
