平肝健脾补肾汤治疗儿童抽动障碍症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨平肝健脾补肾汤治疗儿童抽动障碍症的疗效.方法将2017年1月至2019年10月抽动障碍症患儿70例,随机分为观察组和对照组各35例.对照组口服氟哌啶醇片治疗,观察组口服平肝健脾补肾汤治疗.两组患儿治疗1个月为1个疗程,3个疗程后比较两组患儿耶鲁抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)评分、Frankl量表评分及总有效率.结果治疗1个月对照组YGTSS评分改善情况优于观察组(P<0.05),治疗2个月两组YGTSS评分改善情况相当(P>0.05),治疗3个月观察组YGTSS评分改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05).治疗1、2个月两组患儿的Frankl量表评分改善情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗3个月观察组Frankl量表评分改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05).3个疗程后观察组总有效率为86%,对照组为63%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论平肝健脾补肾汤治疗儿童抽动症短期内疗效虽不及氟哌啶醇片,但口服中药副作用小,患儿依从性高,远期疗效优于氟哌啶醇片.Objective To explore the eficacy of Pinggan Jianpi Bushen Decoction on the treatment of tic disorder in children.Methods 70 children with tic disorder from January 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with haloperidol tablets.The observation group was treated with Pinggan Jjianpi Bushen decoction.The two groups of children were treated for one month as a course of treatment.After three courses of treatment,the Yale tic severity scale(YGTSS)score,Franklin scale score and total effective rate of the two groups of children were compared.Results One month fter treatment,the improvement of YGTSS score in the control group was better than that in the observation group(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the improvement of YGTSS score in the two groups was similar(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the improvement of YGTSS score in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the improvement of Frankl scale score between the two groups after 1 and 2 months of treatment(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the improvement of Frankl scale score in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After three courses of treatment,the total effective rate was 86%in the observation group and 63%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Although Pinggan Jianpi Bushen decoction is less effective than western medicine in the short term in the treatment of children with tic,oral Chinese medicine has less side effects,children have high compliance,and the long-term effect is better than western medicine.
