膝关节退行性骨关节病中软骨改变的MRI表现

摘　　要：目的探讨膝关节退行性骨关节病中软骨改变的MRI表现.方法回顾性分析手术与关节镜确诊的膝关节退行性骨关节病变的MRI征象,观察其软骨的变化.结果MRI表现有:关节软骨局部增厚、肿胀16例(40%);模糊11例(27.5%);表面不规则18例(45%);变薄18例(45%);中断、局部缺损(直径<1.3 cm)29例(72.5%);大片消失(直径>1.3 cm)13例(32.5%);残留软骨断续不连4例(10%);软骨剥脱、形成游离体5例(12.5%);PDWI-FS信号增高13例,T_(2)WI信号增高6例(47.5%).结论关节软骨变化是膝关节退行性骨关节病的一种重要的表现,MRI能够较好显示其改变,对该疾病的诊疗具有重大的意义.Objective To investigate the magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)findings of cartilage changes in degenerative osteoarthropathy of knee joint.Methods MRI findings of 40 cases of knee joint degenerative osteoarthropathy confirmed by operation and arthroscopy were analyzed retrospectively.Results MRI showed local thickening and swelling of articular cartilage in 16 cases(40.0%),ambiguity in 11 cases(27.5%),irregular surface in 18 cases(45%),thinning in 18 cases(45%),local defect(diameter<1.3 cm)in 29 cases(72.5%),large tracts disappeared(diameter>1.3 cm)in 13cases(32.5%),residual cartilage disconnected in 4 cases(10%),cartilage peeling,free body formation in 5 cases(12.5%),PDWI-FS signal increased in 13 cases and T_(2)WI signal increased in 6 cases(47.5%).ConclusionThe change of articular cartilage is one of the important manifestations of degenerative osteoarthropathy of knee joint.It can be well displayed on MRI and has important value in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
