新型肢体保护约束带在CT引导介入治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自制新型约束带在CT引导介入治疗患者肢体保护性约束应用中的效果.方法将CT引导介入治疗患者200例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各100例.观察组采取新型肢体保护约束带约束,对照组采取传统约束带约束,比较两组患者不良反应及医护及家属对约束使用的满意度.结果观察组不良反应较对照组降低,患者及医护满意度显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论新型肢体保护约束带较传统约束带的应用效果好,能在CT引导介入治疗中推广应用.Objective To explore the clinical efect of self-made new restraint band in the application of CT-guided interventional therapy for patients with limb protective restraint.Methods 200 CT-guided interventional therapy patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 100 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with the new limb protective restraint band,while the control group was treated with the traditional restraint band,The adverse reactions of patients in the two groups and the satisfaction of medical staffand their family members on the use of restraint were compared.ResultsThe adverse reactions in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the satisfaction of patients and nurses was significantly improved,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of the new limb protective restraint band is better than that of the traditional restraint band,and it can be popularized in CT-guided interventional therapy.
