摘　　要：目的分析222例腹腔镜Nissen胃底折叠联合食管裂孔疝修补手术配合.方法该手术配合护理要点包括:术前做好多学科访视、医护沟通,详细了解手术方式、体位与特殊器械管理方案;术中做好管路、皮肤与高值耗材管理、低体温预防、手术用物准备;术后做好回访.结果222例患者手术顺利,术中发生食管破裂1例,胸膜破裂10例,予及时处理,术后1例患者腹腔出血再次手术,手术止血治疗1周后痊愈出院,余无围术期并发症.结论对腹腔镜Nissen胃底折叠联合食管裂孔疝修补术患者进行术前访视、掌握所需器械安装及使用、做好体位、体温、皮肤管理,熟悉并默契配合各环节,能保证手术顺利完成.Objective To analyze the operation cooperation of 2 cases of laparoscopic Nissen fundoplication combined with hiatal hernia repair.Methods The key points of operation cooperation included:making multi-disciplinary visits and medical communication before operation,and learning more about the operation method,body position and special equipment management plan;management of pipelines,skin integrity and high-value consumables,hypothermia prevention,and preparation of surgical supplies;follow up after operation.Results 222 patients underwent successful surgery.One patient had esophageal rupture,and 10 cases had pleural rupture during operation.All were treated in time.One patient suffered from postoperative abdominal hemorrhage and underwent reoperation.After hemostatic treatment for one week,the patient was cured and discharged.The rest were free of perioperative complications.Conclusion Through preoperative visit to patients,mastering the installation and use of required instruments,doing a good job in body position,body temperature and skin management,and being familiar and tacitly cooperate with the surgical procedures can ensure the smooth completion of theoperation.
