摘　　要：[目的]研究浓缩长效缩宫素对母牛产后子宫保健效果。[方法]产后母牛一次性肌注常规缩宫素8~10 m L和分别在第1天、第5天、第15天肌注6 m L浓缩长效缩宫素,对2种剂量和给药方式进行对比试验。[结果]使用浓缩长效缩宫素比常规缩宫素总妊娠率提高23.81个百分点,产后胎间距缩短17 d。[结论]浓缩长效缩宫素母牛产后三针保健比注射常规缩宫素预防子宫炎发病效果更显著,能提高产后母牛整体妊娠率,缩短胎间距。[Objectives]To study the effect of concentrated long-acting oxytocin on postpartum uterine health of cows.[Methods]Postpartum cows were injected with conventional oxytocin 8-10 m L intra-muscularly once and intramuscular injection of concentrated long-acting oxytocin 6 m L on the first day,the fifth day,and the 15th day respectively,and the two concentrations and administration methods were compared.[Results]Compared with conventional oxytocin,the pregnancy rate of concentrated long-acting oxytocin was increased by 23.81 percentage points and the postpartum fetal spacing was shortened by 17days.[Conclusions]Three injections of concentrated long-acting oxytocin had more effective in preventing hysteritis in postpartum cows than conventional oxytocin injection,which could improve the overall pregnancy rate and shorten the fetal spacing.
