摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺自动全容积成像(automated breast volume system,ABVS)冠状面特征在诊断不同分子分型乳腺癌中的应用价值。方法分析91例(93个病灶)经病理证实的不同分子分型的乳腺癌患者的ABVS冠状面特征。结果不同分子分型的乳腺癌在ABVS冠状面上显示的边界、汇聚征、钙化之间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同分子分型的乳腺癌在ABVS冠状面上显示的大小、虫蚀征、高回声晕比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。汇聚征(OR=3.353,P=0.036)是Luminal A型的独立相关因素;微钙化(OR=4.43,P=0.030)是Her-2型的独立相关因素。边界(OR=5.744,P=0.005)是三阴型的独立危险因素。结论不同分子分型的乳腺癌在ABVS冠状面的特征表现中具有一定的差异性,具有重要的临床价值。Objective To investigate the value of coronal features of automated breast volume system(ABVS)in the diagnosis of different molecular types of breast cancer.Methods The coronal features of ABVS in 91 cases(93 lesions)of pathologically confirmed breast cancer patients with different molecular types were analyzed.Results There were significant differences in the border,convergence sign and calcification displayed on the ABVS coronal plane of breast cancers with different molecular types(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in insect erosion sign and hyperechoic halo(P>0.05).Convergence sign(OR=3.353,P=0.036)was an independent correlative factor for Luminal A;microcalcification(OR=4.43,P=0.030)was an independent correlative factor for Her-2 type.Boundary(OR=5.744,P=0.005)was an independent risk factor for triple negative type.Conclusion Different molecular types of breast cancer have certain differences in the coronal features of ABVS,which have important clinical value.
