摘 要:抽水蓄能是电网中具有灵活运行特性、储能特质和事故安全备用的特殊电源,其快速转变的灵活性可弥补风能、太阳能等新能源发电的随机性和不均匀性,可突破电网规模对新能源容量的限制,为大力发展新能源创造条件。同时在电力系统中可以发挥调峰、调频等重要功能,适当规模的抽水蓄能电站与核电配合运行对于解决核电在基荷运行时的调峰问题作用突出,对保障供电安全、提高供电能质量能发挥重要作用。通过开展抽水蓄能电站提高新能源消纳能力的研究,能科学分析新能源并网对电网安全运行的影响,准确定位新能源消纳对抽水蓄能的需求,定量评估抽水蓄能电站新能源消纳能力,探索抽水蓄能与新能源的联合运行方式,从而确保新能源大规模并网安全运行的同时,提高新能源消纳能力。Pumped storage is a special power supply with flexible operation characteristics, energy storage characteristics and accident safety backup in the power grid. The flexibility of its rapid changement can make up for the randomness and non-uniformity of new energy generation such as wind and solar power, break through the limit of power grid scale on new energy capacity, and provide for the development of new energy. At the same time, it can play an important role in the power system such as peak regulation and frequency regulation. The cooperation between the pumped storage power station and nuclear power plant of appropriate scale also plays an important role in solving the peak regulation problem during the based-load operation of nuclear power plant, and in ensuring the safety and improving the quality of power supply. After researching on the consumption capacity of new energy, we can scientifically analyze the influence of the safe operation of new energy connection in power grid, accurately caculate the demand of pumped storage, quantitatively evaluate the capacity, and explore the joint operation mode of pumped storage and new energy. We will increase the capacity to absorb new energy at the same time ensuring the safe operation of large-scale new energy connection.
