摘 要:为研究弹簧刚度对往复泵排液阀阀芯运动特性的影响,采用FLUENT软件对往复泵排液过程中柱塞的运动与阀芯启闭动作进行动态耦合数值求解,得到了阀芯运动规律及各时刻流场分布,在模型验证的基础上,分析了定刚度弹簧及变刚度弹簧对阀芯运动特性的影响。结果表明:使用定刚度弹簧时,随着刚度系数增大,阀芯的关闭滞后高度减小,有利于提高往复泵的容积效率。但是刚度系数增大会导致阀芯的升程减小,排液性能降低;减函数形式的两组变刚度弹簧使阀芯的升程分别提高26.1%和11.4%,滞后高度分别降低25.9%和11.1%。增函数形式的两组变刚度弹簧对阀芯升程分别降低2.4%和提高0.1%,滞后高度分别升高63%和20.4%;减函数形式的变刚度弹簧随刚度系数变化范围增大,往复泵泵阀的运动性能提升越显著。In order to study the effect of spring stiffness on the movement characteristics of the spool of the drain valve of the reciprocating pump,the dynamic coupling numerical solution of the movement of the plunger and the opening and closing of the spool during the discharge process of the reciprocating pump was carried out by using the Fluent software,and the movement law of the spool and the distribution of the flow field at each moment were obtained,and on the basis of the model verification,the effects of the constant stiffness spring and the variable stiffness spring on the movement characteristics of the spool were analyzed. The results show that when the constant stiffness spring is used,as the stiffness coefficient increases,the closing hysteresis height of the valve spool decreases,which is beneficial to improve the volumetric efficiency of the reciprocating pump. However,the increase of the stiffness coefficient will lead to the reduction of the lift of the valve spool and the reduction of the liquid discharge performance;the two sets of variable stiffness springs in the form of a decreasing function increase the lift of the valve spool by 26.1% and 11.4%,respectively,and reduce the hysteresis height by 25.9% and 11.1% respectively.The two groups of variable stiffness springs in the form of increasing function reduce the spool lift by 2.4% and increase 0.1% respectively,and the hysteresis height increases by 63% and 20.4% respectively;The variable stiffness spring in the form of decreasing function will increase the dynamic performance of the reciprocating pump valve as the variation range of the stiffness coefficient increases.
