摘 要:为了改善静子叶栅流场性能,设计了一种S型射流缝叶栅。通过对其不同进气攻角、来流马赫数下的流场进行数值模拟,并将其与带有直线型射流缝的叶栅和原型叶栅进行对比,结果表明:0°和-5°攻角时,叶栅开缝总压损失略微增大,但S型射流缝叶栅增大的损失较小,优于直线型射流缝叶栅;在15°攻角时,叶栅开缝射流能较大幅度减小总压损失,降低吸力面附面层厚度,抑制附面层分离,增加叶栅气流流通能力,改善流场结构,在射流缝入口马赫数相同时,S型射流缝出口气流马赫数相较直线型射流缝出口提高了45%,对角区分离改善情况更好,S型射流缝叶栅对流动情况的改善程度依然优于直线型射流缝叶栅。S型射流缝叶栅是一种优于直线型射流缝叶栅的射流缝结构。In order to improve flow performance of stator cascade,a S-type slot cascade was designed. Numerical simulations of the flow field under different incidence angles and different inlet Mach number were carried out.The results show that total pressure loss of the cascade with slot increases slightly at 0° and-5° incidence angle,but the loss of S-type slot cascade is less than that of parallel slot cascade;at 15° incidence angle,the slotted cascade jet can greatly reduce total pressure loss,reduce the thickness of suction surface boundary layer,suppress the boundary layer separation,increase the flow capacity of cascade,improve the structure of flow field.The outlet Mach number of S-type slot is 45% higher than that of parallel slot when the inlet Mach number of jet slots are the same,the separation in corner region is better,and the degree of improvement of S-type slot cascade is still better than that of parallel slot.S-type slot cascade is a jet slot structure better than that of parallel slot cascade.
