摘  要:密封结构失效导致的泄漏故障已成为影响产品使用可靠性和安全性的关键因素之一,因此开展密封失效研究已成为当前的热点和难点。针对接触式密封结构泄漏研究所包含的表面接触问题与密封界面渗流问题两部分内容,介绍了Hertz接触模型、统计学接触模型以及分形接触模型,并对3种经典的接触模型的优缺点进行了评述;梳理了基于分形理论、多孔介质理论以及逾渗理论等3种常见的密封泄漏模型的研究现状。总结了基于人工神经网络、数值仿真计算和格子玻尔兹曼等3种未来可能在密封结构泄漏研究领域出现的研究热点方法,为密封连接系统的设计和密封界面的机械加工提供了理论依据和指导。Leakage failure caused by the failure of sealing structure has become one of the key factors affecting the reliability and safety of product use,so it has become a hot spot and difficulty to carry out seal failure research. For the surface contact problem and sealing interface leakage problem contained in the leakage research of contact seal structure,the Hertz contact model,statistical contact model and fractal contact model were introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of the three classical contact models were reviewed;and the research status of three common seal leakage models based on fractal theory,porous media theory and percolation theory was sorted out.Three methods for researching hotspots based on artificial neural network,numerical simulation calculation and Lattice Boltzmann that may appear in the field of leakage of seal structures in the future were summarized,which provides a theoretical basis and guidance for the design of seal connection system and the machining of sealing interface.
