摘　　要：为正确理解标准条款、准确检测空气冷却器与空气加热器产品的性能提供指导,基于GB/T 14296-2008《空气冷却器与空气加热器》的性能试验要求和JG/T 21-1999《空气冷却器与空气加热器性能试验方法》的性能试验方法,详细解读了空气冷却器与空气加热器的性能测试方法和测试工况,归纳了现行空气冷却器与空气加热器产品标准和性能试验方法标准中存在的问题和不足,并给出了相应的建议,对于这类年代比较久的标准,建议结合社会需求,考虑产品的发展和检验检测技术的进步,及时对相关标准加以制(修)订。In order to provide a guide for accurate measurement of the air cooler and air heater product performance and better understanding of the standard clauses,based on the performance test requirements in GB/T 14296-2008 “Air cooling and air heating coils” and the performance test methods in JG/T 21-1999 “Test methods for determining the performance of air cooling and air heating coils”,the performance test methods and conditions of the air cooling and air heating coils were interpreted in detail. The problems and deficiencies of current product standards and performance test method standards for air cooling and air heating coils were summarized,and corresponding suggestions were given.For such older standards,it is suggested that the relevant standards should be revised in time,taking into account the social needs,the development of products and the progress of inspection method and testing technology.
