浴室碰撞射流暖风系统与上送上回系统的对比测试

摘　　要：针对家庭浴室上送上回式浴室暖风系统存在的室内上热下冷、吹风感等问题,提出了碰撞射流式暖风系统供暖的设想。搭建了浴霸标准试验室,对这两类暖风系统的供暖性能进行了试验测试,对比分析了两类系统对应的室内温度分布和人体热舒适性。实测结果表明:上送上回式浴霸暖风系统运行时室内上部过热、下部偏冷,垂直温度梯度较大,头足温差高达32.4℃,室内舒适区域较小,吹风感明显,热舒适性较差;碰撞射流式浴霸暖风系统对应的室内垂直温度梯度较小,头足温差在6℃左右,室内舒适区域较大,基本无吹风感,供暖性能明显优于上送上回式浴霸暖风系统;碰撞射流式浴霸暖风系统的室内温升时间满足国标要求,且送风口越低,室内温升越快,头足平均温差和Ar数均越大。For the problems of being hot in the upper zone and being cold in the lower zone and the draught discomfort in the family bathroom heated by the warm air system supplied and returned by two top vents,the conception of warm air system supplied by the impinging jet was proposed.A standard chamber of bathroom heater was established to test the performances of two types of warm air systems. Indoor temperature profile and thermal comfort produced by the two warm air systems were compared.The test results indicate that when the warm air is supplied and returned by the two top vents,the upper zone is too hot and lower zones is relatively cold with a larger vertical temperature gradient,and the temperature difference between the hea and foot reaches as high as 32.4 ℃.The comfortable zone is relatively small and the draught discomfort is obvious,hence the indoor thermal comfort is not good.As for the warm air system supplied by the impinging jet,the temperature gradient along the height is relative small and the temperature difference between head and foot is about 6 ℃,so the comfortable zone is relatively large and basically there is no draught discomfort. The performance of the warm air system supplied by the impinging jet is therefore obviously superior to that of the warm air system supplied by bathroom heater. The time taken for the warm air system supplied by the impinging jet to warm the bathroom meets the requirements of the national standard. The lower the jet discharge height is,the faster the indoor temperature rises,and the greater the mean temperature difference between head and foot and Ar number.
