摘 要:针对游牧过程中存在的环境复杂、气候恶劣、劳动成本高及不易管理等问题,基于北斗卫星技术设计了可控智能放牧系统,并提出了具体的实现方案。该方案由北斗卫星系统(BeiDou Navigation Satellite System,BDS)、手机放牧App、BDS放牧终端、无人机及远程牧井等组成,具有牧群位置信息可视化显示、牧群运动轨迹查询、电子围栏及无人机辅助管理等功能。采用信息化技术可使牧民足不出户实现对牧群的有效监控、管理,提高了牲畜的存活率,节约了劳动成本,缓解了依赖劳动力的传统生产方式,对促进畜牧业的进一步发展、缩小城乡差距、最终实现共同富裕具有一定的参考价值。In view of the complex environment, harsh climate, high labor cost and difficult management in the process of grazing, this paper designs a controllable grazing system based on BeiDou Navigation Satellite System(BDS). The system consists of BDS, mobile grazing App, BDS grazing terminal, drone, remote herder manager, etc. It has the functions of visual display of herd location, motion tracking,electronic fence, and drone auxiliary management. Using this information technology, herders can effectively monitor and manage the herds without leaving home. So this system can improve the safety factor, save labor costs, change the traditional pasture methods and promote the further development of animal husbandry. There is a great practical significance that this design may narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and achieve common prosperity.
