摘　　要：为方便有关部门、个人查询或利用档案信息,以高校档案查询实际业务需求为出发点,运用模型-视图-控制器(Model View Controller,MVC)技术构建高校档案查询预约信息化系统。该系统拥有预约登记管理、预约审批管理、预约处理管理、统计分析、系统管理及系统设置等功能,能实现数据的登记、查询、修改、显示、删除、导入及导出等操作。该系统界面简约,操作方便,能够优化档案业务工作流程,提高日常业务管理效率,为档案查询规范化提供技术支撑。In order to facilitate the relevant departments and individuals to query or use the file information, the Model View Controller(MVC)technology is used to build an information system for the university file query and reservation based on the actual business needs of the university file query. The system has such functions as reservation registration management, reservation approval management, reservation processing management,statistical analysis, system management and system setting, and can realize data registration, query, modification, display, deletion, import and export. The system has simple interface and convenient operation, which can optimize the workflow of file business, improve the efficiency of daily business management, and provide technical support for the standardization of file query.
