山东荣成市特色民居海草房的时代价值发掘探析

摘　　要：海草房作为胶东沿海地区的传统民居,不仅是一种极具地域特点的文化景观,同时也是一种地方历史记忆的载体,但受乡村空心化、乡村老龄化和现代都市文化等因素的冲击,这种特色民居正面临着废弃甚至消失的危机。海草房的保护成为了当地美丽乡村发展的当务之急,而对海草房保护最有效的方式是重新发掘其多元的时代价值,以乡土特色为基础、时代价值为重点、保持传统村落的“原汁原味”为原则,为其生态保护式开发注入现代理念。通过实地走访调研、文献检索梳理、大数据分析等手段对山东荣成市海草房的产生地域环境、发展历史、空间分布、建筑特色等进行全方位的总结分析,并结合现代发展需求试图系统发掘其新的生态价值、美学价值、文化价值和生活价值,为其今后的利用式保护和特色化开发提供研究基础。In a traditional coastal residence area of Jiaodong,seaweed houses are not only a cultural landscape with great regional characteristics,but also a carrier of local historical memory.However,due to the impact of rural hollowing,the aging of the village,modern urban culture and other factors,this kind of dwelling houses face the crisis of being abandoned or even disappearing.The protection of seaweed houses becomes a priority in the development of beautiful villages.The most effective way in protection is to rediscover its multiple era values.Based on the local characteristics,by focusing on the value of the times and keeping the traditional village as the principle,modern architecture will combine with ecological protection in development.Comprehensive literature research and big data analysis are provided to analyze the regional environment,history,spatial distribution and architectural characteristics of seaweed house in Rongcheng,Shandong.Our attempts explore its new ecology in a systematic way for the modern development.Aesthetic value,cultural value and living value are all the foundation for future protection and regional development.
