摘　　要：刑事影像技术等公安图像技术类课程以及公安视听技术专业发展需要进行专业重构和学科化发展。公安院校公安视听技术专业与实战部门影像技术专业划分标准不一致,而且视听两个方面技术理论基础与应用方向也不同,故图像技术与声纹技术交织在一个专业中不合理。根据视听技术发展和公安机关涉视听技术岗位专业人才新需求,“公安视听技术”专业应该重构为“公安图像技术”和“声纹鉴识技术”两个专业与学科才更科学。根据新工科新文科建设和交叉学科发展方向,构建公安图像技术专业符合融合创新公安技术新工科要求。公安图像技术属于公安技术和公安学一级学科交叉产生的二级新专业与学科。公安图像技术学科需要根据学科发展的范式需要来构建学科基础理论体系,包括公安图像技术概念、研究范畴及其与其他学科的关系等。Now the major of criminal image technology and the discipline of police audio-visual technology need to be reconstructed and developed.Because the classification standards of police audio-visual technology major in police colleges are inconsistent with those of actual combat departments,as well as the theoretical bases and application directions of audio and visual technology are different,it is unreasonable for image technology and voice print technology to be intertwined in a specialty.According to the new development of audio and video technology and the new demand for professional police talents related to this technology,the major of“police audio and video technology”should be divided into two majors such as“police image technology”and“voice print examination technology”,which is more scientific.According to the needs of the construction of new engineering and new liberal arts and the development of cross-disciplines,the construction of the major of police image technology is in line with the fusion and innovation of the new engineering of police technology.Police image technology is a new second-level discipline under the first-level discipline of police science and it comes from the discipline intersection of police technology and police science.The discipline of police image technology needs to construct basic theories according to the paradigm of discipline development,including the concept of police image technology,research category and its relationship with other disciplines.
