摘 要:在对美的成长历程进行深入研究后发现,企业的组织韧性是一个逐步增强的过程。企业提高组织韧性的手段包括组织结构创新、产品创新和技术创新。组织结构创新在企业早期组织韧性形成过程中扮演重要角色,产品创新在企业提高组织韧性过程中发挥重要作用,技术创新则在企业实现高质量韧性发展中发挥关键性引领作用。The growth of firms is not only the accumulation of success,but also the outcome of overcoming a series of adversity.The previous papers mostly summarized successful experience,and have not been extensively explored how innovation helped firms overcome the adversity.Because of organizational resilience is about firms'ability to overcome adversity,it is helpful for us to understand the effect of innovation on the development of firms from the perspective of organizational resilience.This paper analyzes the relationship between the innovation and organizational resilience by studying the transformation of Midea.This paper adopts the single case study.In the process of transformation from a small collectively-owned enterprise to a top 500 world enterprise,Midea showed great resilience among many changes in and out of the firms,such as Reform and Opening-up,China's accession to the WTO,organizational transformation,which provides us with rich data for this research.Midea also has a long and complete history of insisting on the manufacturing,which provides us with empirical data to study the long-term changing of organizational resilience of a manufacturing firm.As a typical case,the experience of Midea indicates the relationship between the innovation and organizational resilience in the process of Chinese firms'growth.This paper collects data from multiple resource,including the first-hand data by field interviews and the second-hand data from Internet.The field interviewees are sixteen senior managements and thirty-four middle managements,and almost 120 thousand words of interview records are obtained,mainly covering the technological innovation and organizational structure reform of Midea.The second-hand data comes from annual reports,official website and other Internet resources,which includes Midea's financial statements,operational strategies,Midea's management's interpretation and views on the Midea's organizational structure reform.The multiple resources from first-hand and second-hand data form the triangle
