复材化牵引变流器箱体设计与电磁脉冲防护性能评价

摘  要:针对轨道车辆牵引变流器减重和强电磁脉冲吩护设计需求,采用基于金属化凌纤维夹层的电磁增强复合材料的方法,提高了复合材料牵引变流器箱体的雷击电磁脉冲(LEMP)彷护能力。通过电磁仿真软件CST工作室对碳纤维箱体的防护性能.进行了评估,并在箱体制造过程中采用基于一体化设计的热压罐成型工艺,避免拼接结构造成防护性能下降。经测试,牵引变流器箱体在间接雷电脉冲下的屏蔽效能大于20 dB,在实现复材化的同时保证了较好的电磁脉冲防护性能。Considering the design requirements on weight reduction and strong electromagnetic pulse protection for the traction converter on rail vehicles,reinforced composite materials against electromagnetic pulse,based on metallized carbon fiber sandwich structure,are used to increase LEMP(lightning&electromagnetic protection)protection of composite traction converter box.The manufacture of the box utilizes autoclave process based on integrated design so as to avoid the decline of the protective performance due to its splicing structure,and the carbon fiber box is assessed with the aid of electromagnetic simulation software CST studio.Test results tell that the shielding effectiveness of the traction converter box is more than 20dB under indirect lightning pulse,and the lightweight materials can provide convincing protective performance against electromagnetic pulse.
