摘  要:为实现狭小管道自进式高效清洗,结合高压水射流理论设计了前1后3型和前1后4型两种类型的自进式喷嘴,并对自进喷头的自进速度、自进时所能携带最大负重以及影响自进力大小的主要因素进行了试验研究,深入分析了利用高压水射流实现废水清理回收装置自进的工作机理。试验结果表明:喷头负重是影响自进力的最主要因素。对于前1后3型自进喷头,工作压力为10 MPa时自进装置的极限承载力约为1.42 kg;工作压力为15 MPa时自进装置的极限承载力约为2.13 kg;工作压力为20 MPa时自进装置的极限承载力约为2.53 kg。在实际工况应用中,前1后3型喷头适用于额定流量较小的压力泵,而前1后4型喷头适用于额定流量较大的压力泵。In order to realize the self-propelled and efficient cleaning of narrow pipes,two types of self-propelled nozzles,front 1,rear 3 and front 1,rear 4,are designed combined with the theory of high-pressure water jet.The self-propelled speed of the self-propelled nozzle,the maximum load it can carry during self-propelled and the main factors affecting the self-propelled force are experimentally studied,and the working mechanism of using high-pressure water jet to realize the self-propelled of wastewater cleaning and recovery device is deeply analyzed.The test results show that the nozzle load is the main factor affecting the self propulsion force.For the front 1 and rear 3 self-propelled nozzles,when the working pressure is 10 MPa,the ultimate bearing capacity of the self-propelled device is about 1.42 kg;when the working pressure is 15 MPa,the ultimate bearing capacity of the self-propelled device is about 2.13 kg;when the working pressure is 20 MPa,the ultimate bearing capacity of the self-propelled device is about 2.53 kg.In the application of actual working conditions,the front 1 and rear 3 nozzles are suitable for pressure pumps with small rated flow,while the front 1 and rear 4 nozzles are suitable for pressure pumps with large rated flow.
