摘 要:Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷是一种典型硬脆材料,采用普通钻削制孔方法很难保证良好的表面质量,而低频振动钻削可显著改善加工效果。将轴向振动应用于工程陶瓷钻削,运用单因素试验法,设计传统钻削(TD)与低频振动钻削(LFVD)的对比试验,以加工后孔壁粗糙度值作为评价加工质量的指标,对低频振动钻削和传统钻削对钻削质量的影响规律进行了研究;并进一步探究了低频振动钻削的振幅、进给速度、主轴转速对钻削质量影响的规律。结果表明:相比于传统钻削加工,低频振动钻削加工能够提高钻削质量;孔壁粗糙度随低频振动钻削加工振幅、主轴转速的提高而减小,随进给速度的提高而增大;传统钻削的主轴转速和进给速度对孔壁粗糙度的影响与低频振动钻削的规律相似。Al_(2)O_(3)ceramic is a typical hard and brittle material.It is difficult to ensure good surface quality by ordinary drilling and hole making method,and low-frequency vibration drilling can significantly improve the machining effect.The axial vibration is applied to the drilling of engineering ceramics.The comparative experiment of traditional drilling(TD)and low-frequency vibration drilling(LFVD)is designed by using the single factor experimental method.Taking the roughness value of the hole wall after machining as the index to evaluate the machining quality,the influence law of low-frequency vibration drilling and traditional drilling on the drilling quality is studied;the effects of amplitude,feed speed and spindle speed of low-frequency vibration drilling on drilling quality are further explored.The results show that compared with traditional drilling,low frequency vibration drilling can improve the drilling quality;the hole wall roughness decreases with the increase of low-frequency vibration drilling amplitude and spindle speed,and increases with the increase of feed speed;the influence of spindle speed and feed speed on wall roughness in traditional drilling is similar to that in low-frequency vibration drilling.
