摘 要:研究船用空压机的抗冲击能力具有重要意义,采用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对船用空压机进行抗冲击对比仿真计算。首先,明确船用空压机抗冲击设计分析条件和校核方法,计算三向抗冲击设计参数,得到三向冲击输入加速度谱。其次,进行抗冲击仿真模拟,包括抗冲击仿真模型搭建、几何模型建立与简化、有限元网格划分、边界条件的选取等相关流程。最后,对船用空压机刚性连接形式和等效隔振器弹性连接形式分别进行模态分析和瞬态分析的时域数值计算,对比分析三向冲击下两种连接方式的应力分布情况,对其三向抗冲击能力进行校核。此研究对船用装置结构设计具有一定的参考价值。It is of great significance to study the impact resistance of marine air compressors.In this paper,ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software is used to carry out comparative simulation calculation of impact resistance of marine air compressors.First,the analysis conditions and check methods for the anti-shock design of marine air compressors are clarified,the three-way anti-shock design parameters are calculated,and the input acceleration spectrum of the three-way shock is obtained.Secondly,the impact resistance simulation is carried out,including the construction of the impact resistance simulation model,the establishment and simplification of the geometric model,the finite element meshing,the selection of boundary conditions and other related processes.Finally,for the rigid connection form of the marine air compressor and the elastic connection form of the equivalent vibration isolator,the time-domain numerical calculation of the modal analysis and the transient analysis are carried out respectively,and the stress distribution of the two connection methods under the three-way impact is compared and analyzed,and the three-way impact resistance is checked.This research has certain reference value for the structural design of marine equipment.
