摘　　要：论述了某型运煤车重载启动输送减速器设计开发,并介绍了重载启动输送减速器实验平台和地面上的加载测试情况。试验结果表明:重载启动输送减速器与蜗轮蜗杆式减速器相比,在振动、效率和温升等方面均有大幅度提升,达到了设计要求。The design and development of a heavy-duty start-up conveying reducer for a coal truck is discussed in this paper.The experimental platform of heavy-duty start-up conveying reducer and the loading test on the ground is introduced.The test results show that the vibration,efficiency and temperature rise of the heavy-duty start-up conveyor reducer are greatly improved compared with the worm gear reducer,which meets the design requirements.
