摘　　要：喷涂设备广泛应用于各种喷涂生产线,而喷涂涂料量不准确以及供料压力不稳定的问题一直存在。为了解决现有高压无气喷涂机喷涂量不准确、供料压力不稳定的问题,设计了一套供料系统,可控制供料压力以及供料量,同时可对物料进行追踪、对中、称重以及故障报警。分析结果表明,设计的供料系统供料压力波动范围小,供料量稳定,可提高喷涂质量和喷涂效率,对企业的生产具有重要意义。Spraying equipment is widely used in various spraying production lines,and the problems of inaccurate coating amount and unstable feeding pressure have always existed.In order to solve the problems of inaccurate spraying amount and unstable feeding pressure of the existing high-pressure airless spraying machine,a set of feeding system is designed,which can control the feeding pressure and quantity.At the same time,it can track,center,weigh and alarm the materials.The results show that the designed feeding system has small fluctuation range of feeding pressure and stable feeding amount,which improves the spraying quality and efficiency,and is of great significance to the production of enterprises.
