摘  要:转向油泵是汽车动力转向系统的动力元件,发动机输入的能量通过转向油泵转换为液压能向外输出,因此其性能的好坏影响到整个汽车运行的平稳性。为了提高对不同型号的转向油泵性能检测的效率及精度,在已有硬件设施的基础上对转向油泵试验台的控制系统进行了设计,系统的核心为工业控制计算机和AS228T型PLC。在上位机中完成相应操作界面的设计,通过ModbusTCP通讯协议实现上、下位机的通讯;在下位机PLC中完成整体试验流程的设计。现场的调试运行情况验证了该试验台的可行性与高效性。The steering oil pump is the power component of automobile power steering system,the engine input energy is converted into hydraulic energy and exported through the steering pump,so its performance affects the stability of the entire automobile operation.In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of performance testing for different types of steering oil pump,the control system of steering oil pump test bench is designed on the basis of existing hardware facilities.The core of the system is industrial control computer and AS228T PLC.In the upper computer,complete the corresponding operation interface design;through ModbusTCP communication protocol,achieve the communication between the upper and lower computers;in the PLC of the subordinate machine,complete the design of the whole test process.The feasibility and efficiency of the test bed are proved by the debugging and operation on site.
