摘　　要：针对从投运至今已经使用了二十余年的某电厂#2机组循环水旋转滤网小链条腐蚀严重、网板被水草缠绕、导致旋转滤网的拦污效果非常不理想的问题,对旋转滤网从密封结构、网板型式、小链条材质等方面进行了技术改造。改造后的滤网拦污效果有了很大提升,循环水水质有了较大改善,提高了凝汽器真空,使得机组整体的运行安全性和经济性得到了一定程度的提高。The circulating water rotary filter of unit#2 in a power plant has been used for more than 20 years since it was put into operation.The small chain of the rotary filter is corroded seriously,and the net plate is entangled by water grass,so the blocking dirt effect of the rotary filter is not ideal.In view of this situation,the technical transformation of the rotary filter was carried out from the aspects of sealing structure,net plate type,small chain material and so on.After the transformation,the blocking dirt effect of the filter screen has been greatly improved,the quality of circulating water has been greatly improved,the condenser vacuum has been improved,and the overall operation safety and economy of the unit have been improved to a certain extent.
