保山香料烟功能组分的提取分离与应用

摘　　要：【目的】为进一步拓宽保山香料烟的用途,开发用于新型烟草的功能性香料组分。【方法】采用超声波辅助溶剂萃取法从保山香料烟中提取初提物,以感官分值为指标,通过响应面设计对粗提物提取工艺进行优化,并采用膜分离技术获得功能组分。【结果】粗提物最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度65%、提取温度55℃、提取时间55 min,在此条件下,功能组分感官分值高,提取率为45.61%;采用分子量为3 000~5 000的超滤膜,在室温、操作压力为0.16~0.18 MPa条件下分离精制得到的功能组分最优,产品得率为37.64%;功能组分能改变新型烟草烟气生成状态,有利于提升吸食舒适性,能明显增加新型烟草烟气丰富性,应用效果佳。【结论】该提取分离工艺可从保山香料烟中获取改善新型烟草吸食效果的功能组分。【Objective】 The functional flavor components are developed to further broaden utilization of Baoshan aromatic tobacco.【Method】The initial extract is extracted from Baoshan aromatic tobacco by the ultrasonic-assisted solvent extraction method.The extraction technology of the crude extract is optimized by using response surface methodology(RSM) and taking sensory score as the index and then the functional components are obtained by the membrane separation technology.【Result】The optimal extraction technology of crude extract includes 65% ethanol and at 55℃ for 55 min.The extraction rate of functional components with higher sensory score reaches 45.61% under the optimal extraction technology.The separated functional components under the conditions of 3 000~5 000 ultrafiltration membrane,at room temperature and 0.16~0.18 MPa are the best and its product yield can reach 37.64%.The functional components can change smoke formation status of new tobacco,which is beneficial to promote smoking comfortableness and obviously improve smoke richness.The functional components have the optimal application effect in new tobacco.【Conclusion】The functional components separated from Baoshan aromatic tobacco by the membrane separation methodology can improve the smoking effect of new tobacco obviously.
