摘  要:为研究氯盐弱腐蚀环境下圆形钢管再生混凝土短柱的轴向极限承载力,设计了12根不同核心混凝土强度、钢管壁厚和腐蚀程度的圆形钢管再生混凝土柱和2根圆形钢管柱,研究了不同弱腐蚀程度下各试件的轴心受压性能,分析了其破坏形态、承载力、荷载-位移曲线、骨架曲线和刚度退化规律,试验结果表明:弱腐蚀试件受压鼓凸,内部混凝土被压碎,承载力下降,中间表面处发生多处明显鼓曲;钢管腐蚀会引起试件约束效应系数的降低,导致其承载力和刚度明显下降,最终影响结构的安全性;提高核心混凝土强度和增大钢管壁厚均可提高圆形钢管再生混凝土柱在氯盐腐蚀环境下的极限承载能力,而增大钢管壁厚对提高试件承载力作用更为显著。In order to study the axial compression load bearing capacity of the short recycled concrete filled circular steel tube column under weak corrosion of chloride salt,12 circular specimens with different concrete strength,steel tube wall thickness and the corrosion degree and 2 steel tube specimens are designed.The axial compression performance of each specimen with different corrosion degree is studied.The failure modes,load bearing capacity,load-displacement curves,skeleton curves and the stiffness degradation rule are conducted.The results show that the weakly corroded specimens are bulging under compression,the inner concrete is crushed,the load bearing capacity decreases,and many obvious buckling occurs on the middle surface.The corrosion of steel tubes will lead to the decrease of the constraint effect coefficient of the specimens,which will lead to the obvious decrease of the load bearing capacity and stiffness,and finally affect the safety of the structure.With the increasing the strength of core concrete and the wall thickness of steel tube can both improve the ultimate load bearing capacity of recycled concrete filled circular steel tube columns,and the effect of increasing the wall thickness of steel tube on the load bearing capacity of specimens is more significant.
