摘 要:为探究超高韧性水泥基复合材料(UHTCC)与活性粉末混凝土(RPC)的界面黏结性能,采用双边缺口单边压缩试验方法,结合数字图像相关分析,测得了UHTCC/RPC复合试件界面的剪切断裂韧度。结果表明,双边缺口压缩试验是测定复合试件界面剪切断裂韧度的可行方法;复合试件界面剪切断裂有着很长的裂缝稳态扩展过程,与混凝土试件相比具有更为明显的延性;复合试件界面黏结良好,剪切失稳断裂韧度达到了整体浇筑的C60高强混凝土的1.37倍,具有优良的抵抗界面剪切断裂的性能。To estimate the interfacial bonding performance between ultra-high toughness cementitious composites(UHTCC)and reactive powder concrete(RPC),the double-edge notched compression shear fracture test method combined with Digital Image Correlation(DIC)technology was used to measure the shear fracture toughness of the UHTCC/RPC composite specimen interface.The test results show that the double-edge notched compression test is a feasible method to determine the interface shear fracture toughness of composite specimens.Compared with concrete specimens,composite specimens have a longer process of steady crack propagation and more obvious ductility.The interface of the composite specimen is well bonded and it′s shear unstable fracture toughness exceeds the level of integrally casting C60 high-strength concrete,indicating that it has excellent resistance to interfacial shear fracture.
