摘　　要：装配式钢结构建筑外围护墙体是钢结构建筑体系的重要组成部分,但其技术体系严重滞后于钢结构主体,因此,外围护墙体的研究能极大地推进建筑工业化进程。介绍了装配式钢结构建筑外围护墙体的主要类型,对其共性要求和当前存在的问题进行了梳理;对砌块类外墙、单板类外墙板(包括蒸压加气混凝土外墙板、纤维水泥外墙板、其他单板类外墙板)、复合类外墙板(包括内嵌式预制混凝土夹心保温外墙板、预制混凝土夹心保温外挂墙板、轻钢龙骨现场组合外墙板)以及相变外墙体等主要类型外围护墙体的研究现状进行了综述;最后展望了装配式钢结构建筑外围护墙体未来的研究重点和方向。The peripheral protective wall of prefabricated steel structure building is an important part of steel structure building system,but its technical system lags behind the main body of steel structure seriously.Therefore,the research of peripheral protective wall can greatly promote the process of building industrialization.It introduces the main types of peripheral wall of assembled steel structure building,and sorts out its common requirements and existing problems.The research status of peripheral protective wall such as block type exterior wall,veneer exterior wall panel(including autoclaved aerated concrete exterior wall panel,fiber cement exterior wall panel,other veneer exterior wall panels),composite type exterior wall panel(including embedded precast concrete sandwich insulation exterior wall panel,external hanging type prefabricated concrete sandwich insulation outer wall panel,light steel keel field composite exterior wall panel)and phase change outer wall are summarized.Finally,the future research emphases and directions of prefabricated steel structure building peripheral wall are prospected.
