摘 要:煤矸石基地质聚合物混凝土是以固体废料煤矸石为基本材料制备的一种环保型材料。混凝土的抗压强度是衡量其性能的重要指标之一。煤矸石中含有不同组分的氧化物,这些氧化物的含量不同会直接影响地质聚合物混凝土的抗压强度。采用支持向量机和布谷鸟算法对煤矸石基地质聚合物混凝土的抗压强度进行预测。以原材料中的氧化物含量作为输入参量,煤矸石基地聚物混凝土的抗压强度作为输出参量,建立煤矸石基地聚物混凝土抗压强度与原材料氧化物含量间的预测模型,预测得到煤矸石基地质聚合物混凝土的抗压强度,分析得到了抗压强度随氧化物(组合)含量的变化规律。研究表明氧化物含量对煤矸石基地聚物混凝土的抗压强度有重要影响。Coal gangue based geopolymer concrete is an environmental friendly material made of coal gangue as a solid waste.Compressive strength is one of the most important index for concretes.Different oxide content in coal gangue will affect compressive strength of the geopolymer concrete directly.Support vector machine and modified Cuckoo algorithm were utilized to predict compressive strength of geopolymer concrete.An orthogonal factor was introduced to modify traditional cuckoo algorithm to update new species and accelerate computation convergence.Then the modified Cuckoo algorithm was employed to optimize the parameters in the support vector machine model.Then compressive strength predicting algorithm of coal gangue based geopolymer concrete was established with oxide content in raw materials as the input and compressive strength as the output of the model.Compressive strength of coal gangue based geopolymer concrete was predicted with different oxide contents in raw materials,and effects of different oxide contents and combination on compressive strength were studied.The results show that the content of oxide has an important effect on the compressive strength of coal gangue based geopolymer concrete.
