摘 要:为了使沿空留巷巷旁支护混凝土充填材料适应围岩活动,达到“柔性-承载”互相协调的支护目的,在基准混凝土材料中用粉煤灰替代15%的水泥,并掺加聚合物和钢纤维改性其力学性能。对改性混凝土抗压、劈裂抗拉和抗折试验结果进行分析,结果表明:粉煤灰的替代提高了混凝土材料的抗压强度,聚合物和钢纤维的掺入改善了混凝土材料的塑性变形能力、荷载峰后延性以及尺寸效应影响,并增加了混凝土材料的最大轴向应变率;粉煤灰和聚合物的掺入增加了混凝土材料跨中挠度,加入钢纤维后跨中挠度增加的更为明显。In order to make the concrete filling material of gob-side entry retaining roadside support to adapt to the surrounding rock activity,to achieve“soft-carrying”coordinated support purposes,in the cement concrete materials using fly ash to replace 15%of cement,and adding polymer and steel fiber modified its mechanical properties.The compressive,splitting tensile and flexural tests of modified concrete are analyzed,the results show that the replacement of fly ash improves the compressive strength of concrete materials,the addition of polymer and steel fiber improves the plastic deformation capacity,after peak-load ductility and size effect of concrete materials,and increases the maximum axial strain rate of concrete materials.The addition of fly ash and polymer increases the mid-span deflection of concrete material,and the mid-span deflection of steel fiber increases more obviously.
